Phil Parker, COO

A successful businessman, mentor and former CEO, Phil Parker is a time tested veteran of Corporate America. His experiences and expertise in Operations Management, Franchise Development, Sales and Sales Training bring a wealth of experience to the JOC family. His international experience includes three years as Director of European Operations for a computer systems integration company with headquarters in West Germany.

As JOC's Chief Operating Officer Phil's responsibilities include expansion, fiscal monitoring, sponsorships and overall general growth of the company.

Phil is a former member of the National Speakers Association, the Georgia Speakers Association and Toastmasters International. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Bonnie.

Cindy Elsberry, National Director of Field Support

Cindy Elsberry is the CEO and Founder of Bumble Bee Virtual Assistant Services. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant after high school. While working full-time, she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. After over twenty years in a corporate profession, Cindy was thrown into the world of the unemployed. Seeking a way to utilize her various skills, she established Bumble Bee Virtual Assistant Services in 2008. Some of her services and abilities include: Creation and email blasts of newsletters, creating/maintaining databases, manuscript editing, marketing help, proofreading of marketing materials, bookkeeping, QuickBooks and other software training, payroll, Internet research and much more.

In July of 2009, Cindy accepted the position as National Director of Field Support with The Joy of Connecting. She is a resource for the licensees when they have questions or need assistance. Her responsibilities include contacting licensees with announcements, updated policies and procedures. She also is now interfacing with all licensee candidates during their interview process.

Diana Nichols, Web Administrator/Creative Director

With over 30 years of small business and entrepreneurial success, Diana brings knowledge, grounded wisdom, enthusiasm, and a wealth of creative resources to everything she does.

Diana's professional experience includes such ventures as: organizing and managing national trade shows and conferences, teaching personal marketing to Realtors©, owning and operating an advertising agency, managing a Web development company, and entrepreneurial adventures in graphic design, copywriting, and Web and database development.

As a business and life coach, workshop creator and facilitator, artist, web/database developer and successful entrepreneur, Diana assists her clients in combining creativity and practicality into a unique experience of success.

Diana is passionate about creating beauty, simplicity, usefulness, and fun in all of her endeavors.

Since 2008, Diana has maintained (and re-designed) the JOC Web site, and is responsible for keeping both corporate and licensee information up to date.

Ana Maria Quintero Lowry, National Director for The Latina Joy of Connecting

Ana Maria Quintero Lowry, a native of Colombia, South America, is the founder and CEO of A & P International, Inc. - The Company that connects You with Multicultural Markets, since 1989.

Mrs. Lowry received her Juris Doctorate from The Javeriana University in 1981 with Masters Degree in Marketing and Sales.

She is The National Coordinator for The Latina Joy of Connecting, an Active Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, a Provider for the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund, a Certified Toastmaster International.

She is a Certified Trainer for Trainone - Jeffrey Gitomer Brand, a Certified Trainer for The Sell Naked System Brand, a Certified Human Behavior Consultant with Diversity and Business Etiquette emphasis. In addition, Mrs. Lowry is the 2010 FMSDC Minority Supplier of the year.
