Julia Hoyle - Anderson, SC (Licensee)

Hi there, I’m Julia Hoyle and I’m glad you visited my page. I have lived in the upstate of South Carolina all my life. After college, I worked in the family Insurance business for a while before setting out on a career where I could help others. That journey led me into Workforce Development. I helped individuals get the training they need to find a secure job and helped companies get the trained employees they need. I remained in that sector for 18 years.

In 2007 I got the entrepreneurial bug. After researching many business ideas, I settled on Your Connection where I consult with businesses on customer relationship development. I help my clients develop a relationship with their customers through consistent personal contact thus increasing their repeat and referral business.

Additionally, about the same time I started my business, I decided to become a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. I had been using Mary Kay for over a year and loved the product. I wanted to share it with other women.

I met Bonnie at a Joy of Connecting event in a neighboring city. When I accepted the invitation, I thought to myself “Another one of those networking events” but I was blown away by this one. Not only was it relaxed and comfortable, but I got several referrals that night. Since this was the only Joy of Connecting licensee in South Carolina at the time, Bonnie talked to me about starting one in my own town. I thought about it on the way home and by the time I got there, I had decided to become a licensee. I don’t think I’ve ever made a decision that quickly.

I currently live in Clemson with my husband and teenage son. We have two dogs (both rescued) and recently adopted a cat who found us. I look forward to sharing this unique experience of women helping women.
