Hello! I am so glad you are inquiring about Joy of Connecting. My name is Melissa Pelfrey and it is my privilege to be the hostess of the Dallas, Georgia Joy of Connecting. After recently attending a JOC meeting I knew I had to be part of this extraordinary experience. A time to connect, get renewed, empowered and really spend valuable time expanding our relationships with other professional women.

I have been so fortunate to be married for 25 wonderful years to my high school sweet heart and we have two beautiful boys. During all this time I started my business career in the corporate setting managing non-profit trade associations. In February of 2009 I wanted to earn extra income with two boys soon to be in college. The best decision for me was Dove Chocolate Discoveries™ the home based home tasting party line of premium Dove Chocolate, a division of Mars, Co. Becoming an Independent Chocolatier has been so rewarding seeing other women have fun, relax, learn excellent delicious ways to entertain and meet/make beautiful relationships. Every day is a Sweet Day for me, literally in every way.

The Joy of Connecting just fits so perfect into the equation of my business and the relationships I am building with other women. My mission is to provide a place for women to build not only their business but themselves, to grow their networking skills with more than just collecting business cards and a 30 second commercial. By doing so, we build a stronger community which takes us all to the next level. Joy of Connecting is an innovative way to network and market yourself and/or your product. I look forward to seeing you on the second Monday of every month at The Ragsdale Inn in Dallas, Georgia beginning at 6:30 pm.
