Welcome to East Cobb Joy of Connecting!

Dr. Cheryl Langley is a Family Chiropractor and internationally known speaker, empowering her patients to live an optimal life in body, mind and spirit. Her ability to connect with people is second only to her passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

A 1987 graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia, she is now celebrating 25 years in private practice. Dr. Langley has served in many leadership positions, including serving on the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations, President of the Georgia Council of Chiropractic, and Board of Directors for Cobb County YWCA. She received the Georgia “Chiropractor of the Year” award in 2000, and the Family Practice Chiropractor of the Year in 2006. Dr. Langley is a 1990 graduate of Leadership Cobb, a prestigious program designed to identify and develop future leaders in the community. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, she is an active member of the East Cobb community and regularly speaks at local organizations and events on a variety of health and wellness topics. Her pride and joy are the blessings of her two phenomenal children, Christopher and Megan, as they continually teach her the “true” meaning of life!

Please join us as we meet in East Cobb (Marietta, GA) on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. You’ll meet a great group of women, enjoy a delicious dinner, build your business, build yourself and make some great friends along the way!

I was hooked on The Joy of Connecting (“JOC”) after attending my first event. Women entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals come together to socialize, share a meal and their business hopes and dreams. What a difference from the typical networking events where folks scurry around to throw as many business cards at each other as they can! JOC is about building relationships, even friendships, as you build your business.

A former practicing attorney who got tired of the “rat race”, I’m now a distributor with Send Out Cards (“SOC”). SOC is an online greeting card company. You go online, select a card, type in a message and hit ‘send’. An actual physical greeting card goes out in the mail for about a dollar! I love my business because it’s simple, fun and effective. My cards let others know I care about them, want to stay connected and appreciate them as family, friends and business relationships.

JOC and SOC are in perfect alignment with my mission – to send positive energy to a world greatly in need. Come join other professional women at our Marietta/East Cobb chapter!
